DB Music is based in Zephyrhills, Florida (a small town approx. 30 miles north of Tampa). After Decades of buying , selling, and trading guitars and other music gear for personal use father and son team David and Brett Snyder made the decision to follow their shared passion and create a business selling used Instruments and Gear.
Beginning in 2017 selling exclusively online thru Reverb.com our journey began. By 2019 we opened our first small retail store in downtown Dade City, Florida which served us well the next few years until we out grew the location and began our search for a Bigger, Better building to continue our growth. In Dec of 2022 we shut down the store in Dade City with the intentions of opening the new store in Zephyrhills by January of 2023. Unfortunately much to our surprise many county and state regulations prevented us from opening until May of 2024. During this almost year and a half period we continued to build our online presence and to build our Inventory. Fortunately our dedicated local customers never forgot about us. The phone never stopped ringing. The opening of “Our New Store” at our current location has indeed been Bigger, Better, and Busier.
Our Goal continues to be a “Traditional Old School Guitar Shop” for all levels of players. We strive to provide a comfortable atmosphere where the pro or the beginner feels at home. Whether coming to Jam, hang out, buy your dream guitar, or to just pick up a set of strings, You will feel Welcome and Appreciated at DB Music.
